We’ve seen users handle this in a couple of different ways:

1. Create 4 separate estimates, one at each price point.

2. Create one master estimate and have the line items be super generic (ex. Good, Better, Best) and add specifics in the description box if necessary. This option will only work when discussing pricing with the customer. It will not convert to an invoice as is because the price is not super accurate. BUT they can just make the estimate more specific once the customer decides which route they are going to move forward with.

I have 2 Contact records (old work / new work) in JobNimbus with the same contact email address, and the emails between us get posted to both Contact records. How can I stop that from happening? The new work emails are mucking up the old record data.

We signed up with Podium after your recommendation here. We have been using Podium for a few months and our team loves it. It was simple to get started and we use it all day long. In addition to adding a bunch of positive reviews to our online presence from our customers, we are able to communicate with clients via ‘text’ (we can text from our computers or mobile devices through Podium) which has had an overwhelmingly positive response by customers. They appreciate the quick responses, follow up and reminders and we can easily track all communication and assign to the proper departments.

The vast majority of JobNimbus users will not need to pay for a service like Zapier since they will only need 1 step in their zap and don’t have many zaps running at the same time, and services like MailChimp are free for the first large chunk of subscribers.
